Sarah Zook

Sarah Zook’s background is rooted in management, leadership and setting others up for success, with a strong focus on customer service. Her many years in restaurant management developed her commitment to customer satisfaction, clear expectations and creating exceptional experiences that encourage return and repeat business. She entered the window treatment industry in 2018 with a basic knowledge of fabric and fabrication. In 2021, Drapery launched its first workroom after Zook studied the fabrication process and recognized the opportunity for greater customization by bringing fabrication in-house. What began as a one-person operation grew into a 1,900-square-foot on-site workroom employing five artisans. The team focuses on process improvement, meets weekly to identify opportunities for growth and continually expands its capabilities through education and tutorials. Today, the workroom produces more than 30 widths of fabricated drapery material each week.
