Rachael Harvey

Rachael Harvey is the founder and creative director of Refurnish, an award-winning custom workroom in Nashville, Tennessee. She learned to sew as a child from her mother, a quilter, and later trained in both upholstery and drapery. Harvey built Refurnish around the belief that skilled craftsmanship and modern tools can work together while creating opportunities for the next generation of makers to grow. Today, her team of eight partners with interior designers and architects nationwide, managing every step of the process in-house. Through Refurnish, Harvey combines hands-on craft, thoughtful production and a commitment to developing skilled makers while delivering custom work for design professionals across the country.
