INTERNATIONAL WINDOW COVERINGS EXPO HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS 2023
The safety and well-being of our attendees, partners, exhibitors, and staff remain our top priority. As we get closer to returning to an in-person show in Charlotte, North Carolina, we continue to update our health and safety policies based on current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the state of North Carolina. We will continue to monitor their recommendations and will update information as needed. We look forward to welcoming everyone back and delivering a safe and productive environment in which to conduct business.
Consistent with the latest CDC guidelines, we have implemented the following:
FACE MASK REQUIREMENTS:

Attendees/Exhibitors who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face masks.

Attendees/Exhibitors who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to always wear face masks.

Masks will be provided at the event if needed.
SANITATION:

The Charlotte Convention Center has increased staff and security to provide the best customer service and information available.

Sanitizer stations will be located throughout the center.

Daily disinfection will take place to sanitize all seating, restrooms, and frequently touched areas, including registration.

There will be social distancing in registration areas and limited seating in educational sessions.

All catering staff will be wearing masks at all food and beverage events.

Exhibitors will have access to enhanced cleaning and disinfection services for their booths.
Please follow all health and safety recommendations:

Cover your mouth when coughing/sneezing.

Wash your hands frequently.

Social distance in high-traffic areas.

Stay home if you are feeling sick.

Medical personnel will be available on-site.
We will be updating our health and safety protocols to follow CDC guidelines as we draw closer to the event in April. We are committed to creating event experiences where everyone can safely and effectively conduct business. We look forward to seeing you in Charlotte in 2023.
